I have 20 years of professional experience – and counting. Throughout my career, I have worked in different areas and positions in research, management and consulting. Thus, I know how to apply different perspectives to a problem, and I am used to approaching complex issues from multiple angles.

First and foremost, it requires the ability to listen carefully and to think independently, strategically and well ahead. Of this I am convinced, and my experiences and successes – and those of my clients – give proof to that.

Work Style

Efficient, flexible and multilocational: Thanks to digital technologies and effective work routines I am able to support you regardless of location or distance. However, that does not mean that we will miss out on personal contact all together: I am a frequent traveller to Germany and Europe and also available for meetings in (South) Africa.
